No. WIC asks you, weighs your baby, there is no need, no time and no money for them to communicate with pediatricians.

You do have to show proof of shots though.

There is a communication but wic gives you a standard amount, not more or less for their weight. When my daughter was born she was only 6 pounds and had some cans left over from the month now she is 8 months old and weighs 19 pounds and we have to buy at least 3 cans at the end of the month. The only thing your peditrician will really influence is if your baby needs a soy based formula or something to that nature.

its not that..its the fact that pediatricians want to promote formula because they know that breastmilk will keep a child healthy and therefore make less business for them..its all about the money...so sad.

no wic will ask you what you feed your baby, and weight the baby. you have to prove however that they are going to the doctor regularly. I hope this isnt asking so you can decieve them on feeding your child correctly

No, not unless your ped. gives you something to take to WIC. WIC is usually done throught the health dept. and well baby check up can be done at the health dept. Of course then they would know.
